Ich habe einen Duft erhalten der fast 4 Jahre alt ist und er scheint abgelaufen zu sein, da sich, nachdem ich den Duft aufsprühte, Pusteln und Ekzeme auf der Haut bildeten, die sich über den gesamten Oberkörper, insbesondere Gesicht und Hals, ausbreiteten. Ich hatte das Gefühl, keine Luft mehr zu bekommen und es juckte überall. Ich habe mehrmals versucht den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren und sie zu bitten den gekippten Duft zurückzunehmen, jedoch wurde ich bisher nur mit billigen Ausreden hingehalten. Mir bleibt nichts anderes übrig als rechtliche Konsequenzen einzuleiten.
